Follow the Fly is the story of two anglers' quest to catch wild brown trout during the Mayfly season in Ireland.

The DVD takes you on a journey to some of Ireland's unique limestone lakes, the best natural habitat for wild brown trout in the world. On the way they meet some great characters and angling guides who help to put them on the right lake at the right time.

Niall Toibin (Narrator)

Richie Johnston
Richie has fished since childhood. He spends much of his time during the Summer in the west of Ireland in pursuit of trout on the big loughs, also in Kerry fishing for sea trout. In winter he can be found west again after pike. When not in Ireland, Richie has travelled the world fishing. His favourite place is southern India where he fishes for the legendary Golden Mahseer. Richie has represented Ireland on the international fly fishing team. He has worked with the BBC natural history unit on fishing productions, such as the highly acclaimed "Tales from the Riverbank."

Charlie Stuart
Charlie too has fished since he was young. He started off on the midland rivers fishing for trout with anglers such as Dick Harris. He loves fishing the loughs in the West too and is a very keen dry fly angler. Pike interest him in the winter months as do bass in the autumn. He travels to Africa most years for some saltwater action.
