  • Lying, Twists and Dog Postures - for fatigue, aching backs and tired legs.
  • Sun Salute - stretches the legs, stimulates brain, relieves tension and blood pressure. Disperses lethargy and lifts heart.
Level 3 - Adept:
  • Backarching - these dynamic stretches energise, stimulate and improve posture.
  • Standing - strengthens the legs, brings harmony and quietens the mind.
All Levels:
  • Complete relaxation - when the body is still the mind can fall quiet and experience deep rest.
