What is a cookie?

WIENERWORLD will use the information it obtains from the client for the purpose of administering the company and any other services to the client, including marketing, auditing, risk assessment fraud and crime prevention. In administering the company or any other services provided to the client, WIENERWORLD may share the information concerning the client with other companies within the WIENERWORLD GROUP of companies or with agents operating under confidentiality agreements. In addition, WIENERWORLD may have to disclose information about the client to auditors, legal advisers and regulatory bodies.
Subject to the above and unless it has the right or duty to disclose or is permitted or compelled to do so by law, WIENERWORLD shall not disclose any information about the client or the company without prior consent of the client or an authorised person.
Unless notified by the client that such information is not required, WIENERWORLD may from time to time advise the client of products and services offered by WIENERWORLD or other members of the WIENERWORLD GROUP of companies that it believes would be of interest.
The client has a right to see a copy of the records relating to them that WIENERWORLD controls and to have any errors corrected. To see a copy of their records the client should apply in writing to the Data Protection Officer at the address above. WIENERWORLD may charge a fee for such access.
